1. แพทย์ทำการเจาะเลือดบริเวณข้อพับแขนของผู้รับบริการ ปริมาณการใช้งานประมาณ 20 มิลลิลิตร จากนั้นนำเข้าสู่กระบวนการเติมสารต้านแข็งตัวของเลือด
